Step back in time in the cozy confines of the Ski Tip Lodge. Once an 1800's stage coach stop, and then the family home of Keystone Resort's founder, today the Lodge is a quaint B&B and one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the country.

ROTOLO'S CRAFT & CRUST

Detroit-style pizza, born in the 1940s, stands out with its unique rectangular shape and deep-dish crust. It was said to have originated in Detroit’s automotive factories, where metal pans meant for holding small parts were repurposed as pizza pans. The dough, with its crispy Frico exterior and soft interior, became a signature feature.
